We see an incredible opportunity to cover technology and its effect on our politics, our minds, and our culture. We are looking for a reporter who is obsessed with the ways – good and bad – that technology is changing our world. You’ll be deeply sourced with experts and executives to break and uncover news across the industry — from Menlo Park to Washington DC. You’ll intuitively understand the latest controversy surrounding the tech giants, breaking news and contextualizing events with the understanding that great reporting requires explanation to bring it alive to readers. From daily news stories to scoops to deep features, you’ll help lead Recode’s distinctive explanatory technology coverage, working closely with editors to tell the biggest tech stories of our day.
