Pacific Coast Biz Times seeks finance/real estate reporter

Pacific Coast Business Times, the weekly business media company based in Santa Barbara, Calif., is looking for a staff writer who can cover commercial real estate, financial services, hotels/hospitality and related beats in three counties that are magnets for wealth and global tourism.

You will be covering an area that attracts corporate headquarters and hosts some of the largest independent banks in California. Candidates should have a strong grounding in finance and commercial real estate basics; knowledge of the hotel business is helpful.

Enthusiasm and flexibility in adapting to the extremely high cost of housing is a plus.

This is a full-time salaried position ($38,000 to $40,000 range) with health benefits. Send resume and three clips to jobs@pacbiztimes.com.
