New York Post seeks tech reporter

The New York Post is seeking an experienced Tech Reporter for its Business section.

In this full time position, you report on the latest tech gadgets, the rise and fall of tech sector companies and the powerful executives who lead the industry. You will be expected to break news, write some product reviews, and report in a lively and captivating way.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about tech and possess superior writing and communication skills. A proactive self-starter who has the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• A college degree.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with newspaper and/or web site.
• Current experience with digital news and social media
• Ability to work well and collaborate on stories.
• Work toward both daily and weekly deadlines.
• Demonstrated flair and attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
