Money seeks a producer to join its growing digital team. The producer is an entry-level position responsible for several key aspects of the newsroom’s operations. Experience working in journalism, whether through internships or school training, is preferred. This candidate should be highly organized and able to multi-task and communicate clearly.
You will
Produce content in WordPress, optimizing stories for outward user experience as well as internal procedures such as tagging and SEO
Program homepage and newsletters
Work with engineering and dev teams to troubleshoot website issues, create more engaging stories, and build new products and services
Establish and maintain relationships with content-sharing partners like Bloomberg and AP
Pitch stories and manage relationships with distribution platform like Flipboard and MSN
Work with editors to maintain and track daily and long-term assignments
