Business Insider is seeking a tech editor to help oversee a team of full-time reporters.
The mission of the company’s tech desk is to cover the ever-evolving world of technology. The main aim would be to cover the biggest tech news of the day, offer insight into the most exciting consumer products on the market, and provide a window into the world of Silicon Valley’s elite.
As a tech editor, you will be reviewing a mix of stories ranging from breaking news and reported features to visual stories and product reviews. The role would also include managing a team of reporters who cover a range of beats, including gadgets, video games, and social media influencers.
To apply, applicants must be experienced editors, creative thinkers, have the ability to make headlines “pop”, be strategists, analytical thinkers and thoughtful communicators.
Candidates must have an experience of at least 2 plus years, preferably in a digital newsroom.
This is a full-time position based in New York.
