GCC Media is a dedicated local media company that has invested in two community-centric newspapers: The New Era in Sweet Home, OR, and Lebanon Local in Lebanon, OR. Our mission extends beyond preserving the integral role of these publications; we prioritize a positive end-user experience and emphasize technological efficiency. Despite the broader challenges faced by the newspaper industry, we are passionate believers in the vitality of hyper-local news. By harnessing modern technology, we aim to seamlessly produce both traditional and non-traditional media, allowing us to focus on delivering rich content rather than seeking external income avenues. As we strive to produce content that deeply resonates with our close-knit community, we’re in search of a dynamic journalist to enhance our team and craft compelling stories and captivating visuals. Our commitment remains firm: content-driven, community-focused, and truthful reporting.
