Long Now is looking for writers

Long Now is accepting pitches of essays, reported features, interviews, book reviews, shorter articles, etc. for Ideas, our living archive of long-term thinking. We’re looking for pieces that take the (very) long view to make us think differently about now.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Long Now Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to making long-term thinking more common. Its work encourages imagination at the timescale of civilization — the next and last 10,000 years — a timespan we call the long now.

Read through its selection of recent articles/stories, categorized into: ArtCivilizationCultureEnvironmentGlobalizationHistoryInfrastructureTechnology
