Fast Company is looking for writers

Fast Company is looking for writers to contribute sharp, reported takes on branding, product design, accessibility, and fashion/retail.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Fast Company’s Co.Design is where business and design intersect. Its focus is on highlighting the world’s best examples of design and innovation, working in concert. Written for and about the most progressive business leaders, Fast Company inspires readers to think expansively, lead with purpose, embrace change, and shape the future of business.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN SUBMISSION

One thing to include (and I can’t stress this enough): Why now? What is especially newsy, timely, relevant about your idea *right now*? While we run many features, we are still looking for a really sharp hook.

  • Write a short introduction about yourself
  • Include a paragraph highlighting your writing experience, relevant credentials and publication credits
  • Attach links to your strongest work or portfolio, and online profile.

COMPENSATION

  • $300- ~750 word range.
