Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent. 3-4 years TV and digital video production experience. Good knowledge of business and financial news. Basic Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere editing. Must have sound editorial news judgement, an awareness of current business and finance news trends, the ability to produce broadcast quality video stories quickly and efficiently, strong communication skills, excellent teamwork and team-building skills.
Duties: Produce segments for TV shows. Search and discover video content. Develop and order graphics and data visualizations. Create TV lower-third graphics and side panels. Manage rundown elements for live segment. Produce online segments and interviews for digital. Work with editorial team to identify cross-platform segments. Edit video segments for the web using Final Cut Pro. Search and discover raw and file video footage. Create digital nodes for video, writing headlines and search terms. Publish videos to digital platforms. Pitch story ideas for all platforms.
