The Messenger has tapped Amy Eisinger to serve as a health editor. Recently, she served as a digital director at Self Magazine, where she developed content strategies among other tasks.
Before that, Eisinger served as director of special projects. She also worked as a senior editor of special projects at Greatist.
She has also worked at Hearst and held editorial roles at AOL, The Knot and The New York Daily News.
Eisinger has a B.A. from the University of Florida and a M.A. from New York University.
