Hazel Baker, head of digital newsgathering and verification at Reuters, has left after “five incredible years,” as she put it on a Twitter post.
She oversaw the work of journalists specializing in digital content. Before that, she served as global head of user-generated content newsgathering.
Baker has also worked as a producer, digital editor, home news editor and planning editor at Sky News, and was an online producer at ITV.
Baker has a B.A. from the University of Oxford and a M.A. from the University of Central Lancashire.
