Outbrain, the online advertiser that specializes in presenting sponsored Web site links to digital publishers, claims that real estate news site The Real Deal owes it close to $40,000, reports Keith Kelly of the New York Post.
Kelly writes, “Lawyers for Outbrain filed a claim totaling $37,733 in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan against Korangy Publishing, maintaining the company had failed to answer an earlier summons filed on April 20.
“Neither The Real Deal nor Outbrain returned calls seeking comment.”
