Digital producer Lydia Belanger was among those laid off at Wired magazine late last week.
Senior writer Brian Raftery and senior editor Alexis Sobel Fitts were also laid off from Wired.
This was Belanger’s second stint at Wired. She previously worked there as a researcher.
She has also worked at Entrepreneur magazine as a reporter and editor. While there she reported and wrote a weekly column called “The Way We Work” about workplace issues, culture, and productivity. She also report and wrote a biweekly women entrepreneur column called “Behind the Numbers.”
Belanger interned for Inc. and is a Northwestern University graduate in journalism.
Please reach out if you need an eagle-eyed editor of any kind. Or a reporter with a business background eager to explore new trends, research deep-dives, produce interview series, fact-check features (or even books!), or write copy generally. My mind and my DMs are open.
