The Financial Times is looking for a reporter to join fastFT, its breaking news and analysis service. This position is based in New York.
fastFT reports on markets, companies, economic data and politics. The role requires the ability to write clearly and quickly across a range of subjects. The position would suit someone who thrives in immersing themselves in the daily newsflow, can think creatively and also has ideas on how to develop fast.
fastFT also provides the opportunity to write longer and more analytical posts, as well as contribute to the FT’s broader digital output and paper.
The successful candidate will be part of a four-person team in New York that works closely with the news editors and reporters throughout the US and Latin America.
