Bloomberg seeks managing editor of financial crime

Bloomberg News is seeking a Managing Editor for Financial Crime.

The person in this role will drive coverage across the Financial Crimes team, with about 8 -12 reporters and editors in Washington and New York. This individual must have exceptional news judgment and editing skills and be able to handle this-just-in news on very competitive stories and enterprise reporting alike. Leadership and investigative skills are essential. The individual will be challenged to produce stories that are original and exclusive as well as ahead of the news.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum of ten years of business journalism experience
-Previous leadership experience required
-Knowledge of the economy, financial markets, and business
-Ability to work in a real-time news environment
