Emma Talkoff will be joining The Washington Post as an assistant producer for Post Reports.
Her new role begins Apr. 5.
Talkoff joins from NPR, where she was most recently a producer on “Morning Edition” and “Up First.” Prior to that, she was an intern at Time, reporting on breaking news and politics for the magazine’s D.C. bureau.
She was also the co-chair for The Harvard Crimson’s weekly magazine, Fifteen Minutes, where she led a staff of over 50 writers and editors.
The Post has also hired Sabby Robinson as an assistant producer for Post Reports.
Previously, Robinson was at American Public Media, where she has been producing audio documentaries and episodes for APM Reports’ podcast “Educate.” She has also interned at both Chalkbeat and Youth Radio.
She also won a Student Murrow Award for excellence in audio newscast for her work as executive producer of Annenberg Radio News at USC.
