The Guardian taps Convery as inequality reporter

Stephanie Convery

Stephanie Convery is now an inequality reporter at The Guardian Australia. Convery has been with The Guardian for the past 5 years, recently serving as deputy culture editor.

She also works freelance, contributing to ABC’s The Drum, Meanjin, The Wheeler Centre, Melbourne Writers Festival, The Big Issue, Harvest, and Fjord Review.

She was also deputy editor at Overland Literary Journal and a proofreader at Victoria Government Gazette, Blue Star Print Group. She has also worked at Melbourne Theatre Company, Red Bee Media, and Sunlight International Education.

Convery graduated from Monash University.
