The Telegraph has tapped Joe Barnes as a Brussels correspondent. He joins from the Daily Express, where he held the same post.
Barnes has been with Express Newspapers for over 5 years, where he has also served as a senior online video news reporter and online deputy video news editor.
He has also worked freelance.
Barnes has a B.A. in journalism from Liverpool John Moores University.
