Aastha Shetty has joined CBC/Radio-Canada as a reporter. She comes from Rogers Media in Canada, where she worked as a news anchor and reporter.
She has also worked as a news assistant at CHCH in Hamilton, Ontario. She previously also interned at Rogers Media and was a social media reporter at Radio Television Digital News Association in Toronto, Canada.
Shetty has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Guelph-Humber.
