Santos has been with the company since 2013, where she first worked with RedEye and then with Chicago Tribune.
She also teaches introductory reporting and writing classes at Northwestern University’s Medill School. She has also worked as a transcriber and then as a transcript editor at MuggleCast.
Santos has also interned at The New York Times and Daily Herald.
Santos is a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University, where she also worked at the student newspaper.
