HuffPost UK has tapped Alexandra Rogers as its political correspondent.
Her new role begins in August.
Currently, Rogers is a parliamentary correspondent, YorkshireLive and MyLondon, at Reach. Before that, she held the post of parliamentary correspondent, Bristol Post, Hull Daily Mail, and Grimsby Telegraph at Reach.
In addition, she has also reported for City A.M. and The Lawyer. She has also freelanced and was sub-editor at Guardian News and Media, and The Independent.
Rogers has also interned at The Sunday Times and the Daily Mail.
Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Newcastle University and a master’s degree in journalism from Goldsmiths, University of London.
