Reach plc has promoted Alasdair Hooper to the post of sports content editor. Previously, he was digital content lead for HertsLive.
Prior to joining Reach, Hooper was at Essex Live, where he worked as a multimedia journalist and then as an assistant content editor. He has also worked at talkSPORT and has reported and edited for Youth Football Scotland.
He is also the founder, producer and co-presenter of the SportSpiel podcast.
Hooper graduated from the University of Dundee.
