Nicole Clark has joined Polygon as a senior editor.
For the past 2 years, Clark had been working freelance, including as a contributing editor at Catapult, a role she will continue in during non-working hours.
Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Vox, Salon, The San Francisco Chronicle, NBC Asian America, New York Magazine, The Los Angeles Review of Books, Teen Vogue, Engadget, and elsewhere. She has also worked on projects for The Guardian and Polygon.
She was also a staff writer at Vice and has been on NPR’s KCRW, BBC Radio 5 Live, and Waypoint Radio.
In 2019, she was a Society for Features Journalism Diversity Fellow.
Clark has a B.A. in English from Yale University.
