Kaitlyn Olvera will be joining Politico as a digital producer starting in September. She comes from 8 News Now, where she held the same post.
Previously, she was also a Politico Journalism Institute intern. She was also a weekend assignment editor and weekday news producer at KTVN 2 News. She has also interned at KRNV News 4-Reno, Nevada’s NBC affiliate.
Olvera has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
