PA Media has hired Karis Pearson as a video production assistant. Previously, she held the same post at Metro.co.uk.
She is also a freelance broadcast journalist at BBC.
Pearson was also a social media journalist and channel manager at ITN Productions in a freelance capacity, and has interned at Faction Films Limited, Surrey Hills Community Radio and Gair Rhydd, the student newspaper at Cardiff University.
She has also worked as a news broadcaster/radio host at Xpress Radio.
Pearson holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism from Cardiff University and is pursuing a M.A. in television journalism from City, University of London.
