He was also a contributing editor at Ideas in Motion Media, Northwest Indiana. He also worked as a reporter and then as a news editor at The Michigan City News-Dispatch, the daily paper in Michigan City.
He has also written for Harbor Country News in New Buffalo, Michigan, and edited for the Clinton Journal in Illinois.
