PA Media journalist Britton set to depart

Alexander Britton

Alexander Britton, head of PA Media’s overnight operation, will be leaving to join the digital team at Australia’s SBS News.

Britton has been with PA Media since 2015, joining as a reporter. He then served as an overnight reporter, before being promoted to the post of reporter/sub-editor. Before that, he was at The Nottingham Post in the UK, where he served as a senior reporter, digital assistant and then as a political correspondent.

He has also interned at the Press Association.

Britton has a B.A. from the University of London Institute in Paris and a M.A. in newspaper journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
