Eric Lenkowitz, managing editor, news at The New York Post will be leaving, reports Politico. Lenkowitz has been with the Post for over 12 years, also serving as a news reporter and assistant metro editor.
Zach Haberman will be succeeding Lenkowitz.
Currently, Haberman is a politics editor at NBC News. Previously, he was director of content, breaking news at New York Daily News.
He was also regional editor, NYC at Patch.com and has served as an associate metro editor at New York Post. He was also an associate story editor at ABC News.
Haberman is a graduate of Hunter College.
