Newsweek taps Gander as science editor

Newsweek has appointed Kashmira Gander as science editor. She previously served as a reporter, senior reporter, health correspondent, deputy science editor and then as acting science editor.

She was also a senior features writer at International Business Times UK and has also worked at The Independent for over 4 years. She has also freelanced for The i. She also interned at the Worthing Herald and BBC Music Magazine.

Gander graduated from Queen Mary, University of London.
