Jonathan Stokoe has been appointed editor of the Yorkshire weeklies at Newsquest. Previously, he was editor of the Dalesman and Cumbria magazine in UK.
He was also sub-editor at Lincolnshire Echo in UK and has worked as a content editor, deputy editor and then editor at the Whitby Gazette in UK. He was also a reporter, deputy editor and then editor at the National Club Golfer/Lady Golfer in Cleckheaton, Bradford.
Stokoe is a NCTJ-certified journalist.
