New beat for Advocate reporter DeRobertis

Jacqueline DeRobertis

Jacqueline DeRobertis will now be covering the Florida parishes for The Baton Rouge Advocate, along with her current role as a crime and criminal justice reporter.

Previously, she was reporting on features for the metro section at The Advocate.

DeRobertis has also written for U.S. News & World Report, Washington Times, Daily World and more.

DeRobertis earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a M.A. from Syracuse University.
