May departs WCPO for WVXU

WVXU, a public radio station owned by Cincinnati Public Radio, has tapped Lucy May as host of its “Cincinnati Edition” with her first show airing on Jan. 24.

She joins from WCPO in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was a digital reporter. She was also a senior staff reporter and associate editor at the Business Courier, and a metro desk reporter at the Cincinnati Enquirer.

May has also reported for the Lexington Herald-Leader, the Dayton Daily News, and The Greenville News.

May has a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University.
