Kari Lucin has rejoined the Globe as a community editor. Previously, she worked in the newsroom as an education reporter and online content coordinator.
Lucin has more than a decade of experience in journalism, social media management, copy editing, and marketing.
“I am thrilled to have Kari back in Worthington and a part of our newsroom team,” said editor Julie Buntjer. “Kari will resume coverage of the education beat for The Globe, and will also take over reporting on Nobles County government and local watersheds.”
Her work experience has included reporting, but also graphic design, editing books, managing social media, taking and editing photos, recording and editing video, blogging, and website design and maintenance.
