The i Paper has tapped Dean Kirby as investigations correspondent. He previously served as a Northern correspondent at the paper.
Before that, he was a Northern correspondent at The Independent. Kirby has also served as Oldham and Rochdale District reporter, Manchester airport reporter, transport reporter, and then as a health reporter at the Manchester Evening News.
He was also a reporter for the Bolton Evening News at Newsquest.
Kirby has a B.A. from the University of Manchester.
