Kersey joins Gazette-Mail as county and city reporter

Lori Kersey

Lori Kersey is rejoining the Charleston Gazette-Mail as a county and city reporter.

She previously worked at the Gazette-Mail as a reporter and editor covering health, business, city of Charleston and Kanawha County.

She has also freelanced for the Charleston Gazette-Mail, River Cities Magazine, West Virginia Executive and Tri-State Living magazine.

She is also a public information officer at Kanawha-Charleston Health Department.

Kersey was also a reporter at The Ironton Tribune and Georgetown News-Graphic.

Kersey holds a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Marshall University and a master’s degree in communication from Morehead State University.
