Hinton swaps Sun-Times for BGA

Rachel Hinton

Rachel Hinton, chief political reporter at Chicago Sun-Times will be leaving to join Better Government Association. Hinton has been with the Sun-Times since 2017, joining as a metro intern. She then served as a staff reporter.

She has also worked freelance and has interned at the Chicago Reader and The Enterprise.

Hinton has a B.A. in journalism from DePaul University, where she held editorial roles at the student paper.
