The Globe and Mail has hired Emerald Bensadoun as content editor.
Her new role begins in November.
Recently, she was a national reporter at Global News. Before that, she was at CBC, where she joined as an intern and then worked as an editorial assistant/chase producer, The National and then as senior writer, digital.
She was also a reporter-editor at The Canadian Press and has reported for The Toronto Star.
She has also worked for at The Hollywood Reporter and worked freelance.
Bensadoun has bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ryerson University and is pursuing her master’s from Harvard University.
