Fox News Channel has hired Alexis McAdams and Brittany Garzillo as New York-based correspondents.
McAdams joins from ABC News, where she was a general assignment reporter. She held the same post at WXIN/WTTV, the Fox affiliate station in Indianapolis. She has also worked at WTVO-TV Channel 17 in Rockford, Illinois and WGN-TV in Chicago, Illinois. She has also interned at Fox Chicago News.
McAdams graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in broadcast journalism.
Garzillo comes from the NBC affiliate WGAL-TV. Prior to that, she has worked as a reporter, producer and host for the PBS station WLVT-TV’s half-hour weekly news magazine program, Focus. She has also interned for NBCUniversal.
Garzillo is a graduate of Moravian College.
