Fox News Channel has signed Bill Melugin as a national correspondent based in Fox News Channel’s Los Angeles bureau.
His new role begins May 3.
Melugin joins from KTTV-TV Fox 11 Los Angeles where he held the post of evening/investigative reporter. He has also worked as an anchor/reporter at WJZY-TV and was also a reporter/fill-in-anchor at KFOX 14 leading nightside reporter responsible for generating numerous stories each day.
He was also a reporter and Thursday anchor at Cronkite News, a college newscast. Previously, he was an intern at KNXV-TV ABC 15 and a videographer at SunDevils101. He has also worked as a reporter at State Press Television.
Melugin is also a two-time recipient of Radio & TV News Association of Southern California’s Golden Mike Award for Best Investigative Journalism. He was also awarded a local Emmy award for his investigative reporting in 2019.
Melugin holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University.
