Editorial board member, page editor McQueary exits Chicago Tribune

                    Kristen McQueary

After more than 8 years serving on the Editorial Board and serving as editorial page editor since March 2020, Kristen McQueary will be leaving the Chicago Tribune.

Before coming to the Tribune, McQueary was a statehouse reporter at Chicago Public Media. She was also a political columnist at SouthtownStar/Sun-Times News Group.

She was also a metro reporter at Peoria Journal Star and has served as a copy desk/reporter at The Pantagraph.

McQueary is a B.A. from Illinois State University and a M.A. from University of Illinois Springfield.
