Erika Ryan will be joining CNN’s D.C. bureau as a producer. Previously, she was associate producer, newsroom with Jim Acosta.
Ryan has been with the network for over 3 years, serving in various roles, including mobile products intern, production assistant, associate producer and producer for – digital video programming.
She was also an arts and culture writer at Free Times and has served as editor-in-chief of Garnet & Black Magazine. She was also an intern at Jasper Magazine.
She has also contributed to Scene SC.
Ryan has a B.A. in journalism and mass communication from University of South Carolina-Columbia.
