Carrasco joins Inside Higher Ed as student life reporter

Maria Carrasco will be joining Inside Higher Ed as a student life reporter. Recently, she was a digital producer at Politico.

She was also a digital intern at NBC Washington and was a web director at WVAU Radio. She was also an intern at DCist, WAMU 88.5. She was also a Washington correspondent at Durango Herald.

Carrasco was also an intern at Investigative Reporting Workshop and a staff editor at AWOL Student Media Publication. She was also a reporter for USA Today’s college outlet.

Carrasco graduated from American University.
