Politico has hired Annie Bryan as a digital editor on the content strategy and innovation team, where she will work with editors across the newsroom to develop a dynamic homepage for Politico’s audience.
She will also help think strategies for distribution in an increasingly complex and competitive news ecosystem, and will also work with the CSI team to help grow and evolve the newsroom’s most important news products and storytelling tactics across all Politico platforms.
Bryan joins from The Philadelphia Inquirer, where she was a digital editor. She has also worked at Time, CBS News and freelanced for Patch.com. She was also an editorial assistant at Columbia Journalism Review.
Bryan has interned at the BBC, NBC News and PBS.
Bryan has a B.A. from Columbia University, New York.
