Peter Blanchard will be leaving his post as a news editor at Patch.com to join The Reporter Times in Martinsville, Indiana.
Blanchard has also freelanced for The Morning Call and The Ithaca Independent.
He was also the founding editor at Cortland Voice, a local news website covering Cortland County. He has also reported for Cayuga Radio Group and was a news director at WICB 91.7 FM.
He has also written for Buzzsaw Magazine.
Blanchard has a B.A. in journalism from Ithaca College.
