Jessica Cecil, director and founder – Trusted News Initiative at the BBC has left. Cecil is a BBC veteran, having been with the network for over 24 years.
Previously, she was executive producer, BBC Science; chief of staff to BBC DG; chief of staff; controller, BBC Make It Digital and director, BBC Online Project. She has also worked as a senior producer at the network.
Cecil is also a board trustee at the University of Bristol.
