BBC promotes two staff members

BBC has appointed  Nick Rotherham senior news editor, commissioning. Currently, he is a BBC news commissioner.

He was also a podcast producer/reporter. He was also a senior reporter at BBC Voice and has served as a presenter for BBC Three. He was also a political reporter for BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra. He was also a producer at the network.

Rotherham has a B.A. in journalism from University of Sheffield.

Marc Perkins has been promoted to head of journalism, investigations. Currently, he is investigations editor for BBC Africa. He was also a documentaries editor at BBC Arabic. He was also a producer and series producer at the network.

Perkins graduated from University of Sussex.
