AZK Media names journalist Mallis as senior content and communications specialist
AZK Media has appointed leading business and technology journalist Athina Mallis as its senior content and communications specialist.
In this role, Mallis is responsible for direct client support across content, social and inbound marketing management, working with some of the world’s leading B2B technology businesses. She will also be managing inhouse and client content creation across longform whitepaper assets, feature and thought leadership articles, press releases, videos and podcasts.
Previously, Mallis was working as a digital intelligence unit editor at Which-50.
She has also worked as an editorial production manager at 4squaremedia and was a news journalist at Printer Magazines Group. She was also an intern at Yen Magazine and has served as arts and entertainment contributor at Alternative Media Group of Australia.
She was also a contributor at Happy: Australian Music Blog and a full-time intern at Broadsheet Media.
Mallis has interned at other places as well, including The Sunday Times.
Additionally, Mallis was nominated as one of Australia’s rising stars in Technology Journalism in the IT Journalism Awards.
Mallis has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from Curtin University.
