Ellie Zhu of Investment News is leaving the publication to join the graphics department at The Wall Street Journal.
She will start in October.
“I am deeply grateful for everyone I’ve had the privilege to work with and learn from, and am looking forward to the challenges ahead,” she wrote on Twitter.
Zhu has been at Investment News since March 2015, first as a digital content producer and since March as a digital production manager. In that role, she directed web development, including new sections, products, tracking, bug fixes and database management.
She also worked at CNN and NBC News.
Zhu holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri and a master’s degree form New York University.
