Christine Y. Zhang will be leaving her post as a data journalist at The Baltimore Sun and will be joining the Financial Times to cover the presidential election.
Previously, Zhang was working as a data scientist at Two Sigma. Before that, she held the post of research fellow at the Los Angeles Times and worked as a research analyst at The Brookings Institution.
She also served as an associate and summer analyst at Deutsche Bank and as an intern at Infosys.
Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and English literature from Smith College and a master’s degree in research methodology and quantitative methods from Columbia University, New York.
