Yahoo Finance’s “Market Movers” to appear on FiOS1

Yahoo Finance announced Monday that “Market Movers,” its live daily morning show, will be simulcast on FiOS1 News.

The simulcast starts Monday. FiOS1 is only available in Northern New Jersey, Long Island and the Lower Hudson Valley.

“Market Movers” covers breaking business news and the markets. Anchor Alexis Christoforous is joined each morning by various experts from the Yahoo Finance editorial team, including editor in chief Andy Serwer.

In the third quarter, “Market Movers” averaged over 168,000 live views a day, compared to Fox Business Network’s 187,000 viewers for its business day and CNBC’s 152,000 viewers.

“Market Movers” kicks off live business day programming on Yahoo Finance, including “Midday Movers” at 11:45 a.m. and the “Final Round” at 3:55 p.m.  Combined, these shows bring in an average of 381,639 total live views per day and 9.8 million total views a week.

Yahoo Finance is a part of Oath, which includes the media properties Huffington Post, AOL and more.
